Gain first-hand experience as an Associate Administrator and work under the tutelage of an Executive Mentor at an HCA-affiliate facility. Once you have completed the program, you’ll become a COO and, ultimately, take the reins of an HCA facility as CEO.
Direct nursing activities as an Associate CNO at an HCA-affiliate hospital under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. You’ll gain on-the-job experience as you continue to develop the skills required to advance into the role of CNO at an HCA hospital.
Build on controller experience as an Associate CFO under the mentorship of the Chief Financial Officer at an HCA-affiliate hospital. Experience gained in the field will build on your capacity to assume an executive role as CFO at an HCA facility once you complete the program.
